The residence consist of four types of apartments namely the beachfront, the premium, the superior and the duplexes. In our portfolio we have one beachfront and one premium. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and a private veranda with barbecue facilities.

PREMIUM apartment of 120M2, it consist a Master bedroom King-size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Room features Air-conditioning, ceiling fan a n d digit a l s a f e. Second bedroom Queen-size bed Room features Air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Third bedroom Two-single bed Room features Air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are inclusive of electricity, Wi-Fi and water ; no meals
2. Security / breakage deposit (refundable) of 8000mur per apartment to be provided upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card (to be filled on registration form).
3. Parties are not allowed in the property.
4. Outsiders / Visitors are not allowed except if a written approval is given by the Reservations’ department.
5. Name list of all occupants to be communicated to us latest 48HRS BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE
6. Check-in time : 2pm and check-out time : 11am
